This is a 2d action RPG game where your goal is to control rubbles, purchase items from the shopkeeper, slay enemies to progress to the boss, and make note of how dangerous it is to go alone. Once the boss has been defeated, you will have established RUBBLE CONTROL. The challenge theme was "It's Dangerous to Go Alone, Take This" where our shopkeeper provides upgrades so that you can progress on your journey. We had a massive amount of challenges creating this project, the biggest one being we only had 5 days in contrast to the 30 provided to learn the game engine and build the game due to unfortunate circumstances. As such we had to sacrifice a lot of the original vision and it isn't quite as polished as we would like it to be. Regardless we marched forth, spending roughly 8-10 hours a day coding on top of school to finish this game. This was a fun experience, a great bonding experience for us as a team and it showed us the intricacies of game development.
